A lot of people have been remarking in the main forums about their need to workout, etc. I normally work out early in the mornings, somewhere between 4am and 6am. I have my iPhone app to help me chart my weight, my personal trainer, my gym memberships.

I’ve considered doing p90x, Body For Life and/or The Belly Off Club. Remember, I said considered. Instead, I think I’m going to look for the following exercise video series instead:
