I was recently on digg (username: puzzlehead) and I came across this piece about the CNet journalist James Kim. Looking at the path he took and wondering if leaving the car was the best decision at the time is hindsight at it’s worst.
I feel so sorry for him and his family. The reports of what his wife and children did to survive as well as the view of how fruitless it was for him to wander away struck a somber chord in me.
That is awful. What a tragedy. It’s a blessing that Kati Kim was nursing, though, so she could keep her children alive.
